Assess your requirements and financial position, independent financial advice may be required, carry out an extensive property search within the area and produce a bespoke short list of suitable properties.
- Provide a fact finding report on what rental can be achieved, type of tenant and any recommended works and approximate costs, modern kitchens and bathrooms, neutral decor and carpeting ensures a prompt let with a profitable rental return.
- Accompanied viewing by Kings Lettings will be provided to the properties. Provide relevant information to your legal and financial representative.
- Provide a reduced lettings and management service, which in time pays for the investment search fee!
